Saturday was supposed to be the biggest Auction day Across Australia with Melbourne leading the way with 1,714 Auctions scheduled and a 64% Clearance rate, which is great.
Sydney had 1,106 Auctions with a 64% clearance rate as well, which is very good with the higher amount of property going up.
There were however, 698 reported to have actually taken place with 511 reported sold and 99 withdrawn. … the other shortfall in the figure would be sold prior, unreported or rescheduled.
The big news for the Upper North Shore was research that was quoted on the Domain news website today stating that Ku Ring Gai is the most advantaged area in Australia – not that we who live here ever had a doubt.
