Autumn has surprisingly given us a boost of summery weather that has helped keep the positive vibes in the air for a little longer.
Last week the official cash rate stayed unchanged at 1.5% with a 0% chance of a change in the short term based on the current futures market prediction.
The Auction figures were relatively similar to the week prior with 745 properties originally listed for Auction and 453 reported to have taken place.
There were 334 sold and 67 withdrawn for whatever reason.
The Clearance rate was 64%.
At this stage in the year we have seen that there is a lot of variation property to property with some areas and some properties performing 2 and 3 times better than other properties within a 1klm radius. Some buyers are 100% motivated and others are newcomers getting a feel for the market, which are both encouraging demographics.
