The last of the cold snaps seem to be behind us and with this, the Spring market will begin to increase with stock on the market and buyers on the roads.
Currently, on the Upper North Shore we have has a somewhat quiet end to Spring compared to recent years however, we see signs of stock hitting the market in numbers over the next few weeks.
At present, Pymble has the lowest percentage of new listings but almost the highest number of listings across the Upper North Shore. According to Domain 91.2% of buyers are coming from within NSW when looking at property across the area.
The Auction Clearance Rate was up slightly at 73% with 360 properties reportedly sold under the hammer at the weekend.
The median price of property sold at Auction was $1,250,000.
