Just a quick post this week;
Sydney Auction clearance results are still impressive for Vendors and Agents across the state, showing that buyers are still in the market.
With 641 properties listed for Auction, 497 took place with a massive 441 selling under the hammer at the weekend.
This leaves the clearance rate up in the 80’s at 84%, which is a solid continuation from the buoyancy last year.
Although, historically, these spikes can also see greater volatility we are seeing a consistent and rising median Real Estate price at Auction with $1,025,000 the latest at the weekend. This is different from the median house price across Sydney.
